Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), and all orders over $75 ship for free via First Class mail UNINSURED. Clementine & Co. takes no responsibility and has no control over shipments lost in transit when uninsured. If you are concerned about your order being lost or damaged in transit, please use the insured shipping option.  Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) as they are completed. Items that are in stock will be shipped within three business days of payment. Items that are made to order will generally be shipped within two weeks of payment, and if it will be longer you will receive an email stating a reason.

Custom Orders:
If you are interested in having a piece from the production line customized for you in a way that is not available through the website, please contact us and we will do our best to oblige. This includes such things as lengthening or shortening chain, alternative metal options, or rings in sizes not standardly available. Some of these services will incur extra charges.

If you are interested in a custom design such as wedding or engagement rings or you see something in the Portfolio that catches your eye and sparks an idea, you can start that conversation by clicking on the Custom Work tab.

All items made in 14k gold filled or 14k rose gold filled are available in solid 14k as well, please contact the artist for a price quote. All custom orders in gold are final.

Repairs:
Repairs due to faulty construction or design flaws by the artist are free of charge. Please contact us before sending your piece in for repairs. All other jewelry repairs will be charged a $25 repair fee & cost of materials and/or shipping in addition if needed. These include:

-damage caused by customers not following “jewelry care” guidelines
-elective repairs (lengthened chain, ring sizing, custom changes)
-damage due to the fault of customer (dropping, pulling, smashing, etc).

We can also clean up any of your Clementine & Co. jewelry pieces that have gotten tarnished or a bit scuffed and make them sparkle once again! the charge for this serving is determined individually. 

Returns:
-Returns to retail locations are subject to each location’s personal return policy.
-Clementine & Co. will only accept jewelry returns purchased direct from the website or in-person sales in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase and all returns are for store credit only. 

Lost an Earring?
Not to worry! We can make a match for your lonely friend! The single earring will be charged at ½ of the total cost of the pair of earrings at the current price listed. If you would like a perfect mate, it is best for you to provide us with the remaining earring to match exactly. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
